We have moved Art From The Heart, our biggest fundraising event of the year, to a completely online platform.

The auction will run from 12pm cst on August 20th until 8pm on August 23rd. Access to the online auction is free of cost.

  • We are featuring works by our adult artists (who will receive a 60% commission from their sales) as well as independent donating artists from across the country, many of whom are well-known and widely collected.

FAQ

How do I access the auction?

Everyone will be able to access the auction through this page when bidding begins at 12pm cdt on August 20th. If you are an Advanced Ticket Holder, you can view the auction items through a link that you received via email on or before August 13th.

When does bidding start and end?

Bidding will start at 12pm cdt on Thursday, August 20th. Bidding will end at 8pm cdt on Sunday, August 23rd.

If I win an item, how and when can I get it?

If you win an auction item, you will be able to choose among picking your items up at the Studio or coordinating local delivery or shipping once the auction has concluded. We will process all of the items from the auction and then send all of our winning bidders an email with a form to fill out - this form will allow you to select your Pick Up/LocalDelivery/Shipping preferences.

Pick Up Details:

We will have designated pick-up times starting until September 19th. PICK UP TIMES AT THE STUDIO ARE: Mondays through Thursdays: 10-2pm (with exception of Labor Day) Saturdays: 1-3pm We are closed on Fridays and Sundays.   You must contact us if you are unable to pick up your items by Thursday, September 24th. Otherwise, we will have to assume you will not be picking up your item and we will contact the next highest bidders - your original payment will not be refunded. Our Studio is located at 301 20th Street N, Irondale, AL 35210. Please include the zip code in your gps app to insure you’re heading the right way.

Local Delivery Details:

Local Delivery will be offered within a ten mile radius of Studio By The Tracks for a fee of $10. This fee will be added to your order once we contact you in the days after the auction closes. We will get your delivery address at that time as well.

Shipping Details:

VERY IMPORTANT. Note that some pieces are marked as LOCAL DELIVERY and/or PICK UP ONLY and cannot be shipped. Please refer to each item's description for these details. All items will be shipped USPS Priority except for items marked as "Fragile" in their descriptions - in those cases, we will be using UPS to pack and ship your piece. You will have the final shipping cost added to the total amount charged to your card when we process your purchase. We will coordinate this with you in the days after the auction concludes We will be shipping items out as soon as possible, but expect that your item will take 3-4 weeks to ship. You will be notified as soon as your package has shipped. We won’t be able to assist in the delivery of items we deem unsuited for shipping or local delivery under any circumstances. Due to the nature of the auction, we will also be unable to refund any winning bids placed on items that we deem unsuited for shipping or local delivery. You may coordinate with an art handler to pick it up and arrange delivery - however we cannot facilitate this. We will be in contact with you during the week of August 24th to coordinate all shipping and local delivery.
