We’re really excited to announce that we will be holding a 35 piece silent art auction during the weekend of our Holiday Open House. If you know anything about our art auctions, you know you won’t want to miss this one – we’re tailoring it especially for the holiday gift-giving season.

Free Registration: bidding will start at 9am cdt on Saturday, November 21st and end at 8pm on Sunday the 22nd.

Our indoor market will feature everything Studio By The Tracks! We’ll have gifts and artwork for everyone – all made right here.

Items for sale will include original artwork by our Studio By The Tracks artists (who receive 60% of their sales), one-of-a-kind ceramic items, SBTT themed apparel, holiday cards, coffee mugs, pillows, tote bags, and much much more. All proceeds from our indoor market go directly to our non-profit organization.





We will have about 15 vendors selling handmade and boutique items! All local, all special.

As for food and drinks: there will be complimentary coffee from Red Bike Coffee, baked goods for sale by Last Call Baking Co., and local street thai food by Tay-Thai available!

How much does it cost?

There is no cost for participating in our Holiday Open House Market or Holiday Silent Art Auction.

What happens if it rains?

We’ll be having our event rain or shine! Though some of our outdoor vendors may choose not to set up if the weather is bad.

How do I access the silent auction?

Everyone will be able to access the silent auction here . All bidding will take place online.

When does the silent auction bidding start and end?

Early Access bidding starts at 9am cst on Friday, 11/20. All other bidding will start at 9am on Saturday, 11/21. Bidding will end at 8pm cdt on Sunday, November 22nd.

If I win an item in the silent auction, how and when can I get it?

If you win an auction item, you will be able to choose among picking your items up at the Studio or coordinating local delivery or shipping once the auction has concluded. We will process all of the items from the auction and then send all of our winning bidders an email with a form to fill out – this form will allow you to select your Pick Up/Shipping preferences.

Pick Up Details for Silent Auction Items:

We will have designated pick-up times starting until December 15th. PICK UP TIMES AT THE STUDIO ARE: Mondays through Thursdays: 10-2pm. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.   You must contact us if you are unable to pick up your items by December 15th. Otherwise, we will have to assume you will not be picking up your item and we will contact the next highest bidders – your original payment will not be refunded. Our Studio is located at 301 20th Street N, Irondale, AL 35210. Please include the zip code in your gps app to insure you’re heading the right way.

Shipping Details for Silent Auction Items:

VERY IMPORTANT. Note that some pieces are marked as PICK UP ONLY and cannot be shipped. Please refer to each item’s description for these details. All items will be shipped USPS Priority or UPS (whichever is the cheaper option). We will coordinate this with you in the days after the auction concludes. You will be sent an invoice for the shipping costs once your item is packed and ready. We will be shipping items out as soon as possible, but expect that your item will take 2 weeks to ship. You will be notified as soon as your package has shipped. We won’t be able to assist in the delivery of items we deem unsuited for shipping  circumstances.
We will be in contact with you on Monday, November 23rd to coordinate all shipping.
