•After an initial consultation with Lauren, you will work together to select the artists, styles, timeline, and color palette for the project.

• Once the sizes, colors, and artists are chosen for the work, an invoice will be sent for approval.

• Before starting the project, half of the invoice will be due up front in order to pay for materials and preparation.

• Most pieces will be done on cotton or wooden canvases with 1.5” to 3” depth. All other pieces will be framed - framed pieces might include smaller works of art framed with large mats and large frame.

• All pieces will be ready to hang upon delivery.

• The artists chosen for the project will be based on their availability and capacity to participate.
